Research and collective criminal investigations regarding one category of missing persons has been actively suppressed. After ten years of attempting to collect data on persons who vanished without explanation that had no evidence of crime invovlement, one thing is clear. No law enforcement agency in the United States can sort out these cases from their data bases. No one has ever mapped these disappearances. Law enforcement officers who attempted to collect this information were ordered to stop.
THE SOCIOLOGY CENTER solicits public submission of all criminal investigation records and other evidence in such cases. One essential detail needed for this research project is the precise latitude and longitude of the missing person's last known location. This is essential to map the pattern of such disappearances. Your local librarian should be able to help you translate a local address into a precise latitude and longitude.
